Notice is given that a Special General Meeting of members of the Normanhurst OSHC Inc will be held on Monday 31st July, 2023 at 6:30 at Pennant Hills Bowling Club (52 Yarrara Rd, Pennant Hills).
The meeting will be for the purpose of considering and, if thought appropriate, passing the following special resolution:
To Adopt a new Constitution.
